What happens next?
Upon
clearance of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation
of the booking, a receipt of the payment made and an
invoice for the balance of the cost of your holiday,
if only the deposit has been paid the due date for payment.
After we have dispatched our confirmation invoice, no
further reminders will be sent. If the commencement
date of your holiday is less than three months away
full payment is required immediately, otherwise the
balance of the monies is due three months before the
commencement date of your holiday.
If you fail to pay the balance on time, we reserve the
right to treat your booking as cancelled by you and
client cancellation charges will be payable as described
in our terms and conditions.
When the balance payment has been received, we will
send you a formal receipt and a detailed itinerary,
setting out the arrangements made particularly as regards
how to get to the house and local contact names and
numbers.
At the end of your stay any comments you may have regarding
the holiday would be very much appreciated. There is
a form for this purpose, which will be given to you
and should be completed and left with usThis really
helps us to ensure that the service offered to our customers
is continually improved by responding directly to your
suggestions
